BEAR MOVES REATREAT

Join us for the Bear Moves Retreat—an opportunity to press pause on daily life and tap into all the things that make up “The Good Life.” Each day will include time to move the body, quiet the mind, breathe, get out into nature, enjoy a massage, and reconnect with yourself and others.

You’ll be staying on a beautiful property immersed in nature, the perfect canvas to switch off, reconnect, fill up your cup, and bring your body and mind back into alignment.

This is not your typical “wellness retreat” that serves lentils and green juice all weekend. Instead, you will eat like a King or Queen with a high-quality “real food” menu throughout your stay, featuring certified organic produce, grass-fed & finished meat, wild-caught seafood, and organic whole grains. Our aim is to show how easy it can be to create a daily lifestyle where eating “real whole foods” is the norm.

By the end of the weekend, you will walk away feeling a deep state of calm and rejuvenation, with plenty of knowledge about true health, nutrition, and designing a lifestyle of purpose and creativity.

REAL FOOD IS GOOD FOOD WORKSHOP

IN PERSON

Join us for a morning of “Real Food.” During this interactive workshop, you will learn the simple foundational principles of nutrition and how to apply these in your daily life. You will learn how to plan, source, and prepare real whole food ingredients so it’s easy to eat well every day, whether it’s a Tuesday night after a long day or you’re having friends over for dinner on the weekend and you want to impress.

We will discuss what it means to eat “Intuitively” and how to prepare foods that enable optimal health for you without needing to stick to ideological dogma diets.

To end our time together, we will sit down and enjoy a lunch to most importantly taste and experience the topics we’ve discussed.
