21 Day Breathwork Nervous System Reset.
In order to step into a superior state of being we first need to bring our nervous system back into Alignment and create a sense of harmony within the body.
Throughout this 21 day reset, you will learn and experience how the breath can bring our mind and body into a state of alignment through a daily Breathwork practice.
We start by providing you with a foundational understanding of “Breathwork Mechanics” and how to actually breathe correctly.
From there we will discuss any specific intention or goal you may like to focus on while doing this practice. Whether it’s to help get better sleep, improve our posture, heal your gut, soothe anxiety or let go of any limiting beliefs you may have and really begin to show up for yourself.
You will then be guided through your personalised Breathwork set that you can continue to practice over the next 21 days.
