SATTVA MEDITATION

Meditate = To become familiar with.

If our movement practice enhances our relationship with our physical body, then meditation is the gateway to gaining control over our mind and thoughts.

The practice is an effortless, mantra-based meditation that transitions you from the noisy, chaotic surface level of the mind to the deep stillness of the subconscious.

In this tranquility, we begin to process the thoughts our minds generate, leaving us feeling calm, alert, energized, and revitalized during, and most importantly, after the practice.

As you build consistency with your meditation practice, you'll notice an effortless sense of ease weaving into your daily life, enabling you to observe your thoughts without judgment. You'll spend less time dwelling on the past or worrying about the future as you enjoy newfound clarity and contentment in the present moment.

HIMALAYAN BREATHWORK

Conscious control of the breath = conscious control of the mind.

Our breath is the bridge between our physical body and our thought-generating mind.

We start by providing you with a foundational understanding of Breathwork Mechanics and teaching you how to breathe correctly. This knowledge equips you with tools to apply in your everyday life.

We breathe over 25,000 times each day, and incorrect breathing can significantly impact our vitality and drain our body’s creative energy, keeping us in a constant state of survival.

We can also use our breath to regulate our nervous system, shifting from a sympathetic fight-or-flight state to a parasympathetic state of ease and rest.

Through the practice of Breathwork, we can reduce physical and mental stress, increase energy reserves, clear blocked energies, and reclaim our innate personal power.
