Take a seat each Wednesday morning in the comfort of your own home and be guided through an activating breathwork set to mark the middle of the week with authority and intention.
Each week we will breathe, move and activate with a different theme in mind that you can continue for the rest of the week.
Sit down and show up for yourself by tuning in and building energy for the day through the power of the breath.
The aim is to create an anchor point that will help maintain momentum at a clutch moment of the week where sometimes routine can start to slide as we get closer to the weekend..

Each class is recorded and you will have access to follow along as many times as you like to keep the energy flowing all week long.
This is a perfect entry point for anyone who is new to Breathwork as well as people who have more experience with the practice.
